Position: Nurse

Location: Saudi Arabia

Salary Range: $1500 - $2500 USD per month (starting salary)

Working Hours: 48 hours per week

Visa Duration: 2 years

Job Summary: We are seeking experienced and highly skilled nurses to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services to patients in accordance with international standards. This position offers a competitive salary, company-provided accommodation and transportation, and return tickets provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans. This involves monitoring and recording vital signs, administering medications and treatments, and assisting with procedures as required.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team, including physicians, other nurses, and support staff, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care and promote interdisciplinary communication and collaboration.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and adherence to medication safety protocols.
  • Monitor patient vital signs, observe and report any changes in the patient's condition to the healthcare team, and provide appropriate interventions.
  • Assist in patient education by providing information about their conditions, medications, and self-care instructions. Provide emotional support to patients and their families, addressing their concerns and promoting a compassionate and caring environment.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean working environment, including proper disposal of medical waste and adherence to hand hygiene

  • Document patient information accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as pharmacists, therapists, and social workers, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in continuous professional development activities, such as attending conferences and workshops, to enhance nursing skills and knowledge and stay updated with the latest advancements in healthcare practices.
  • Stay informed about new technologies, procedures, and evidence-based practices relevant to the nursing field, and incorporate them into daily practice to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a general or relevant specialised field. Experience in critical care, emergency care, medical-surgical, or paediatric nursing is highly valued.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent. Possession of additional certifications or specialised training is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Must possess a valid nursing license/certification from an accredited institution or licensing body.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of international nursing standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Willingness to submit a sample CV for screening purposes, demonstrating relevant experience, skills, and educational background.
