Company Overview

Fast Home Cash Offers is a top real estate investment firm located in Hallandale Beach, Florida. We acquire off-market homes directly from owners and either renovate and sell or assign the contracts. We are not agents or brokers. Since 2016, we've completed over 500 transactions and generated millions in real estate volume.

Our model relies entirely on PPC and inbound marketing — no cold calling, no cold texting. We're building a team of elite closers who can convert motivated, warm leads into signed contracts consistently and efficiently.

Position Overview

This is a full-time, fully remote Acquisition Closer position. You will work directly with inbound seller leads, negotiate contracts, and secure agreements with motivated homeowners.

This is not an entry-level role. We are seeking results-driven professionals motivated by financial growth and committed to building a long-term career in U.S. real estate.

Work Schedule

  • Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST (U.S. Eastern Time)
  • This is a hard requirement — our sellers are in the U.S. and you will be on the phone during their business day
  • Depending on your location, this may be an evening or overnight shift
  • Occasional evenings and weekends may be required

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert inbound seller leads
  • Present competitive offers and negotiate contracts
  • Follow up consistently until agreements are secured
  • Build rapport and identify seller motivation
  • Conduct phone-based appointments and manage communication
  • Maintain accurate lead updates in Podio CRM daily
  • Collaborate with disposition and transaction teams to ensure smooth closings

What We're Looking For

We are hiring high-level closers who know how to move deals forward and finish strong. At Fast Home Cash Offers, we want competitive, coachable professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or flipping preferred
  • 1–2 years of phone sales or high-ticket closing experience required
  • Clear, confident, and persuasive English communication — you will speak with U.S. homeowners every day
  • Self-motivated and receptive to coaching
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Podio experience preferred
  • Professional, accountable, and reliable
  • Able to perform in a high-pressure sales environment
  • Reliable high-speed internet with backup connection, your own computer and headset, and a quiet space to take calls

✅ You SHOULD Apply If:

  • You have direct experience in real estate wholesaling
  • You are confident closing over the phone
  • You approach every sales call with strategy and energy
  • You respond well to coaching and competition
  • You consistently follow up and manage time effectively
  • You have a proven sales track record, especially in real estate or high-ticket sales
  • You can fully commit to U.S. Eastern hours long-term
  • You are ready for a structured virtual sales role with clear expectations

❌ You Should NOT Apply If:

  • You cannot commit to a full-time remote schedule on U.S. Eastern hours
  • You lack real sales experience — phone, Zoom, or in-person
  • You resist structure, accountability, or feedback
  • You struggle with organization or consistent follow-up
  • You cannot handle rejection or a high-call-volume environment

Compensation

First 90 Days: Draw + Commission

  • $1,500/month draw (advance against future commissions)
  • Commission: 7.5% of closed deal revenue
  • The first 90 days are your ramp period — the draw covers you while you build your pipeline
  • $1,500 draw + $4,500 commission (7.5% of $60,000 closed) = $6,000/month

After 90 Days: Commission Only

  • 7.5% of closed deal revenue
  • Monthly earning range: $4,500 – $6,000+ (based on closed deals)
  • $60,000/month in closed revenue is the minimum expectation after ramp — not month one

Note: Your pay is directly tied to your performance, meaning the better you do, the more you earn! Commissions increase as you hit key milestones, and whether you're working with new or existing leads, your potential is in your hands. Top performers see the biggest rewards, making this an opportunity where hard work truly pays off.

Why Top Closers Work With Us

This is a bet-on-yourself role. Read carefully.

Most companies hiring closers for this seat offer a low hourly base
plus a small commission somewhere in the 2% range. It's comfortable.
It's also capped.

We do it differently. After a 3-month supported ramp (with a $1,500/mo
recoverable draw while you build your pipeline), you move to 7.5%
commission, no cap, no ceiling.

$60,000/mo closed = $4,500/mo to you (our minimum expectation after ramp)
$70,000/mo closed = $5,250/mo
$80,000/mo closed = $6,000/mo

Compare that to a 2% seat: at $60k, that's about $2,400/mo. We pay
nearly double for the same production because we're betting the
commission on you, not padding a base to keep you comfortable.

Here's the honest tradeoff: there is no cushy salary here. After the
ramp, what you earn is what you close. If you want a guaranteed
paycheck regardless of performance, this isn't your seat. If you know
you can close and you want to be paid like it — with upside most
companies won't give you — apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R75 000,00 - R101 000,00 per month
