We are looking for a Senior Quality & Compliance Specialist to lead our enterprise quality management strategy and drive operational excellence across Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA), India, and the UAE. In this critical role, you will serve as a regional subject matter expert, bridging the gap between local market operational standards and global quality objectives. • Audit Management & ISO Adherence: Lead comprehensive internal and external audit programs, maintaining seamless ISO certification (ISO 9001) processes and end-to-end audit readiness.

  • CAPA Ownership: Take full ownership of Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) frameworks, executing thorough root-cause analyses to eliminate non-conformances and elevate operational standards.

  • Vendor & Supplier Validation: Direct technical validation and quality performance evaluations for regional vendors and suppliers, ensuring external partners align with FedEx global standards.

  • Business Controls & Risk Oversight: Support leadership with the analysis, interpretation, and application of business controls to mitigate operational vulnerabilities and safeguard compliance.

  • PMO & Strategic Alignment: Integrate quality engineering principles into PMO planning and program management phases, contributing directly to divisional and corporate goals.

What You Will Bring:

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven success in a Senior Quality, Compliance, or Governance Specialist role within the Express, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics industry.

  • Accreditation & Certifications: Certified ISO Lead Auditor (ISO 9001) would be advantageous, with a detailed understanding of ISO certification processes and audit lifecycles. Specific business/industry accreditations preferred.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline or years of experience will be considered.

  • Technical Mastery: Deep familiarity with Enterprise Quality Management Systems (eQMS), document control protocols, and business controls environments.

  • Competencies & Skills: Exemplary accuracy and attention to detail, strong planning and organizing capabilities, sound judgment and decision-making skills, and proven problem-solving expertise.
