Program Manager
<p><strong>Our esteemed client in Sandton is urgently looking for a Programme Enablement Manager to join their dynamic team.</strong></p><p>The position offers R70,000 – R80,000 CTC per month.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Priority initiatives move fast, and Exco cannot be everywhere at once. This role serves as Exco’s operational extension on the ground, keeping priority programmes moving, spotting problems before they become crises, and ensuring Exco’s attention is directed exactly where it is needed. The successful candidate will act as an early-warning system by surfacing blockages, risks and slipping timelines before they become problems, while providing a clear view of what genuinely requires Exco’s attention. The role will also require keeping a finger on the pulse by tracking priority programmes daily, knowing exactly where each one stands, and using that visibility to keep things moving without Exco having to ask.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>A business degree or equivalent.</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Senior project or programme management experience — you've owned delivery against real deadlines and metrics, not just coordinated meetings.</strong></li><li><strong>High-influence roles where you got things done without relying on positional authority.</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>The Programmes you'll run:</strong></p><ul><li>Some are internal — landing a new product with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Tech, and staying close until it's steady and part of business as usual. Others are external — helping land a major partner operationally, working across every function it touches, under Exco's sponsorship. These programmes typically run six to 18 months.</li><li>Either way, you're in the detail — numbers, tracking, and day-to-day operational oversight — for as long as a programme needs it, calibrated with Exco as priorities shift.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What this role is:</strong></p><ul><li>It needs judgement about what's worth escalating and what isn't, and enough change management instinct to get the business to actually adopt what's being built, not just tolerate it.</li><li>Exco's radar for risk</li><li>The pace-setter on priority programmes</li><li>The translator between strategy and execution</li><li>The driver of change on the ground</li></ul><p><br></p>
