We are looking for someone with a strong educational background or equivalent experience. Key Responsibilities Provide dedicated and high-quality care for two children aged 2 and 4. Develop and implement a structured daily routine that includes stimulating learning activities, creative play, and adequate rest periods. Focus on early learning goals, including language development, motor skills, problem-solving, and social-emotional intelligence. Prepare healthy, balanced, and appealing meals and snacks for the children. Ensure the children's safety and well-being at all times, maintaining a secure and child-friendly environment. Manage children's hygiene and sleep routines. Engage children in a variety of activities such as reading, music, arts and crafts, and age-appropriate outdoor exploration. Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding the children's daily activities, progress, and any observations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the children's rooms and play areas. Transport children to and from activities or appointments within the Sandton area as needed. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of professional nanny experience, with at least 3 years focusing on toddlers and preschoolers. A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Development, Pedagogy, or a related field is essential. Proven ability to design and deliver engaging early learning programs and activities. Excellent knowledge of child development stages and best practices in childcare. Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
