Job Summary

CVS Health is looking for motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable Production Workers to join our growing team in our distribution and manufacturing facilities across the U.S. As a Production Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and timely completion of the production and distribution of healthcare products that directly impact the lives of millions. This is a hands-on, team-oriented position where safety, precision, and efficiency are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production and packaging equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

  • Assemble, pack, label, and prepare products for distribution according to company standards.

  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and report any inconsistencies.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, complying with safety and sanitation standards.

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

  • Assist in the loading/unloading of materials and supplies.

  • Accurately complete required documentation for production tracking and reporting.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.

  • Adhere to CVS Healths values of integrity, innovation, and customer-first service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.

  • Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Basic math and reading skills.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment is a plus but not mandatory.

  • On-the-job training will be provided to all new hires.

Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts available:

    • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

    • Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

    • Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

  • Weekend and overtime opportunities may be available based on operational needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of basic safety protocols and warehouse operations.

  • Ability to operate or learn to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other production machinery.

  • Physical stamina and dexterity to handle manual labor tasks efficiently.

  • Capability to learn and follow production software and systems.

  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team.
