What We're Looking For:

A hands-on leader who is equally comfortable reviewing process performance, engaging with teams on the production floor, and contributing to strategic decision-making. Someone who understands that successful production management is about more than meeting targets; it's about building sustainable processes and high-performing teams.
If you are ready to take ownership of a critical production function and make a meaningful impact within a growing EPC business, I would like to hear from you.
