Channel Services Sales Executive

Drives growth of Dell Services through the channel ecosystem by identifying, shaping, and closing incremental services opportunities with strategic partners. Unlike a direct seller role, this position works primarily through channel relationships to create mutual growth for both Dell and the partner, with a strong focus on expanding Transformation Services bookings, especially Consulting and Residency-led opportunities. The role requires strong sales acumen, services expertise, partner engagement capability, and the ability to build repeatable pipeline and execution cadence across the channel.


ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Grow Dell Services through partner-led and partner-identified opportunities
  • Drive Transformation Services bookings, with emphasis on Consulting and Residency
  • Build joint value propositions that benefit both Dell and the partner
  • Establish partner cadence to build, manage, and progress pipeline
  • Enable partners on Dell Services portfolio and go-to-market plays
  • Align internal Dell teams to support and accelerate channel opportunities
  • Identify innovative ways to increase services growth through the partner ecosystem
  • Transformation Services bookings growth through the channel
  • Consulting and Residency bookings from partner-led opportunities
  • Incremental pipeline creation and progression
  • Partner enablement and sustained growth synergy with Dell Services
  • Strong sales experience, preferably in channel sales
  • Good services knowledge, especially in Technology Consulting
  • Familiarity with Cybersecurity and Resilience, Multicloud, and AI/Data
  • Ability to find growth opportunities for both Dell Services and the partner
  • Strong partner management, pipeline discipline, and communication skills
