As a Principal, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering transformative technology and digital agendas for some of the world's leading organizations. Working in an international and highly collaborative environment, you will engage directly with C-level executives and senior leadership teams to understand their strategic priorities, define technology-driven business strategies, secure stakeholder alignment, and lead multidisciplinary teams through high-impact transformation programs. You will design and deliver innovative technology strategies, digital platforms, and enterprise architectures that enable clients to capitalize on emerging technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, data and analytics, blockchain, microservices, and modern platform ecosystems. Leveraging your expertise, you will help clients modernize their technology landscape, enhance operational performance, and build sustainable competitive advantages. As a trusted advisor, you will evaluate and develop client technology organizations, guide key architectural and implementation decisions, proactively manage project risks and quality, and ensure successful delivery against business objectives. What You'll Bring 12+ years of experience in IT Strategy, Technology Consulting, Software Development, Digital Transformation, or IT Program/Project Management. Proven track record within a leading management consulting firm or technology consultancy, with significant exposure to technology strategy, digital transformation, and large-scale IT implementation programs. Demonstrated experience leading the design, delivery, and governance of complex technology transformation initiatives, from strategy development through implementation. Strong experience engaging with and influencing C-level executives, supporting strategic decision-making and driving business value through technology. Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to combine innovative thinking and analytical rigor to solve complex business challenges. Outstanding analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a strong customer focus, mental agility, and results-oriented mindset. Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, manage senior stakeholders, and deliver measurable business outcomes in complex environments. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technology concepts to executive audiences. Experience facilitating executive workshops, steering committees, and peer-level stakeholder discussions.
