What You'll Bring 12+ years of experience in IT Strategy, Technology Consulting, Software Development, Digital Transformation, or IT Program/Project Management. Proven track record within a leading management consulting firm or technology consultancy, with significant exposure to technology strategy, digital transformation, and large-scale IT implementation programs. Demonstrated experience leading the design, delivery, and governance of complex technology transformation initiatives, from strategy development through implementation. Strong experience engaging with and influencing C-level executives, supporting strategic decision-making and driving business value through technology. Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to combine innovative thinking and analytical rigor to solve complex business challenges. Outstanding analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a strong customer focus, mental agility, and results-oriented mindset. Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, manage senior stakeholders, and deliver measurable business outcomes in complex environments.
