Key Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for General Studies across various primary school grades, aligning with the national curriculum. Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation and student curiosity. Assess student learning through various methods, including assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback. Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and orderly learning space for all students. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, school activities, and any concerns. Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administrators to support school-wide initiatives and educational goals. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant teaching qualification. A valid teaching license or certification recognized in South Africa. Experience teaching primary school students, preferably in General Studies or related subjects. Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching methodologies for young learners. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
