We're looking for a Planner in our Clothing division to join Pick n Pay, one of the largest retail chains in South Africa, serving millions of customers across the African continent. ### What You'll Need You'll need a BCom Degree or relevant qualification in Business, Finance, or a related field to be considered for this role. We're looking for someone with 3–5 years of proven experience in Clothing Retail Planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is essential, and previous experience in a clothing retail environment is absolutely critical to success in this position. SAP knowledge will be an advantage. Beyond the technical requirements, you should be willing to work extended hours when needed and conduct regular store visits. Your numerical acumen should be strong, paired with a genuine passion for fashion and retail trends. You'll need to be in tune with market movements and have a deep understanding of our customer base. ### The Kind of Person We're Looking For You're detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment. Your contribution will help establish a clear and effective pricing architecture for our clothing range. You'll develop and manage assortment plans to align with strategy while maintaining target margins. Continuously monitoring performance through weekly reports is part of your day-to-day work, adjusting for fast and slow sellers as needed.
