With an average throughput per hour of 20 images, the average compensation per hours is $30.</span></p><p></p></div><div><p><span>Productivity bonus plan: Additional $100 for each 1k pictures that pass quality checks.</span></p></div><div><p></p></div><div><p><span><strong>Role Summary</strong></span></p></div><div><p><span>The Photographer is responsible for capturing and submitting high-quality, unedited RAW images that meet project specifications.</span></p><p></p></div><div><p><span>This role requires daytime availability and the ability to consistently meet weekly productivity expectations.</span></p></div><div><div><p></p></div><div><p><span><strong>Role Responsibilities</strong></span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Capture high-quality native RAW images. Produce both:</span><br><span>-RAW Images: individual, unedited images captured directly from the device.</span><br><span>-Image Pairs: pairs of identical unedited photos, with specific objects present in one and absent in the other photo.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Ensure images are: unedited, original, not AI-generated, aesthetically pleasing, and visually interesting with an intent behind the composition.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Ensure compliance with location eligibility requirements for public and non-public images.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Maintain a consistent weekly production target of a minimum of 400 images per week. The productivity requirement is 20 RAW images per hour.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Upload images to the working platform.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><p></p></div><div><p><span><strong>Role Requirements</strong></span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span>18+ years old and resident of South Africa.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Education or certification in the photography field is a plus.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Demonstrable photography experience. Strong portfolio preferred.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Must own a full-frame mirrorless/DSLR or APS-C mirrorless/DSLR camera and a tripod</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Ability to work independently and meet productivity and throughput expectations.</span></p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p><span>Self-motivated, quick learner and organized</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Quality and detail-oriented mindset</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Reliable internet access for uploading large RAW files.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Provide a sample of 5 RAW images including EXIF data during the application process.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>If selected to move forward, complete a short test by submitting 10 sample images for skill and device verification.
