About the role

We are seeking a PH Registered Nurse (ONSITE) to join our call center and customer service team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary package of up to 41K.

As a Registered Nurse in our call center environment, you will play a vital role in providing healthcare-related customer support, clinical guidance, and assistance to our clients and patients. You will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking healthcare information and support, combining your clinical expertise with excellent communication skills to deliver outstanding service.

  • Key responsibilities

    • BS Nursing graduate with active PH license (valid within 6 months before the expiration date)

    • No pending NCLEX application

    • Having bedside/hospital experience is a plus but not required

    • Respond to incoming calls from patients and clients, providing clinical advice and healthcare information based on their queries and concerns

    • Assess caller needs and triage calls appropriately, ensuring urgent medical matters are escalated to the relevant healthcare professionals

    • Document patient interactions accurately and comprehensively in accordance with healthcare regulations and company protocols

    • Provide clear, compassionate explanations of healthcare procedures, treatment options and medical information to callers

    • Support customers with appointment scheduling, prescription information and general healthcare-related enquiries

    • Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with healthcare privacy laws and data protection regulations

    • Collaborate with healthcare teams and other departments to resolve complex patient issues and ensure continuity of care

    • Meet performance targets including call handling times, customer satisfaction ratings and quality assurance standards

    • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with healthcare best practices and company systems
