What You’ll Do
  • Facilitate the provisioning of human resources for educators and public service staff
  • Monitor recruitment processes to ensure compliance with employment regulations
  • Oversee personnel transfers and secondments for staff within the education sector
  • Process grade progression and rank translations for educational employees
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure efficient human resource management
What You’ll Need
  • NQF level 6 qualification recognized by SAQA
  • A qualification in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or Public Management is advantageous
  • Certificate in PERSAL
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in record management or a related field
  • Valid driver’s license (except for individuals with disabilities)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in planning and organizing tasks
  • Functional computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook)
