What You’ll Do
  • Provide clerical support for personnel administration within the Head Quarter.
  • Facilitate the implementation of conditions of service and manage service benefits such as leave, housing, and medical.
  • Support recruitment and selection processes to ensure the department attracts the best talent.
  • Maintain accurate records of personnel data, including attendance and leave registers.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for department personnel as needed.
  • Capture and update personal data on the mainframe efficiently.
What You’ll Need
  • A minimum of Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of clerical duties and practices.
  • Ability to capture data and operate computer systems effectively.
  • Understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service.
  • Strong planning and organization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in relevant language skills.
