Goldex Fitness is a member-focused, independent gym with locations in Gillingham, Sidcup, and Blackheath. Our Sidcup gym is a GLO (Goldex Ladies Only) site - an empowering environment, which opened its doors in April 2024 and has been a roaring success.

We are looking for an energetic Level 2 + Level 3 qualified instructor who has a passion for fitness and a drive to help people improve their wellbeing!

Goldex Group (est. 2005) is a fast-growing organization with multiple diverse brands including Goldex Sales and Lettings, Goldex Marrakech, Goldex Coastal Breaks, Workplace by Goldex, Costa Coffee, and Kaspas.

Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated and knowledgeable Gym Team Members/Personal Trainers to join our team. The ideal candidate will:

  • Be part of an energetic and hard-working team;
  • Welcome ladies into the gym and interact with members on the gym floor to build rapport;
  • Manage sign-ups and membership administration using our gym software (Gymflow);
  • Assist with outreach and play an active part in recruiting new members, e.g., promote gym facilities, services, and promotions;
  • Lead inductions for new gym members to ensure safe use of machines;
  • Take an active role in leading studio classes and personal training;
  • Complete health and medical screenings for new personal training clients;
  • Stay up to date with the latest fitness techniques.

Experience:

  • Level 3 Personal Training Qualification (or currently training towards);
  • Level 2 Personal Exercise Qualification;
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and nutrition;
  • Ability to educate and motivate clients effectively;
