Personal Assistant to the CEO (Part-time)

Tech Oasis Systems is a software company based in Centurion and delivering solutions globally. The CEO is a founder still involved in client and product work, so follow-up and diary discipline often slip. We need a composed, discreet Personal Assistant to run that diary and be the first professional contact for selected clients and partners.

This is morning work: scheduling, confirmations, phone and email, and making sure the right people get time with the CEO — or are passed to our Business Development Manager. You will keep records accurate and confidential.

Hours

Monday–Friday, about 08:30–12:30 SAST (4 hours a day, 20 hours a week). More hours later if it works for both sides.

Pay

This is a paid PA role on invoice - monthly. It is not commission-based: you are not paid on meetings or deals.

You will

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar: book, move, confirm, and protect the diary
  • Call and email from the CEO’s office in a professional tone
  • Prepare a short briefing note before each CEO meeting
  • Keep a simple, accurate activity record
  • Reside in Southern Africa, or East Africa
You should have
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Experience as a PA, receptionist, executive assistant, or client liaison
  • A quiet place to take calls
  • Comfort representing a director’s office — judgement and discretion
  • Strong Wifi Connection
  • Own Laptop and a Smart Phone as you will use VOIP
Software or tech-industry experience is an added advantage. This is not a full-time office-only PA role, a software development job, or a sales-commission job.

Pay: R4 500,00 - R9 500,00 per month
