The role involves a wide range of administrative and support functions, contributing to the efficient operation of the HR department and fostering a positive employee experience across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with logging Heat Calls for organisational changes as requested.Upload and file documents in various HR systems.Provide essential administration support to the HR Department.Maintain and organise personnel records accurately in various HR systems.Take meeting minutes during HR meetings and distribute them to relevant parties.Support onboarding processes as and when required.Provide necessary forms and documentation as requested by the business.Address and provide support in resolving requests submitted by the business.Support ad-hoc activities as requested within the respective HR department.Organise the team calendar, including the training calendar, and coordinate training schedules and venues.Capture and maintain accurate records of all cashier training activities and submit them timeously to relevant parties.Track all department invoice payments and ensure the invoice spreadsheet is updated accurately.Maintain a stock/asset register for equipment and consumables.Administer travel arrangements for the team, including accommodation, flights, and car hire, ensuring timely sign-off of bookings.Provide excellent HR customer service by acting as a point of contact for general queries from internal and external customers via all communication channels.Ensure effective verbal and written communication with all relevant stakeholders in a speedy and timeous manner.Inform management of any discrepancies regarding systems, documentation, or unresolved issues.Maintain housekeeping standards in accordance with Dis-Chem standards.Adhere strictly to Dis-Chem Policies and Standard Operating Procedures.Why Join the CompanyDis-Chem Pharmacies is a well-established and respected leader in the South African retail pharmacy sector, known for its commitment to customer service and employee development.
