Partner Account Executive

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially minded professional to join our team as Lead, NSP Account Executive.

In this role, you will partner with some of our most strategic retail partners across EMEA, driving business performance while bringing our NSP NXT model to life. You will play a critical role in translating Nike’s seasonal priorities, marketplace strategies, and consumer insights into strong commercial results.

The ideal candidate combines strong stakeholder management skills with experience in retail planning, merchandising, sales, and Go-To-Market (GTM) processes. You are comfortable navigating complex business environments, using data to drive decisions, and influencing cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals.

This is a highly visible role with significant exposure across Nike Direct, offering the opportunity to shape marketplace execution and drive growth through some of our most strategic partner relationships

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON

  • You will own marketplace execution across your Sport and/or Territory scope, and maximize mutual profitability through strong account management and business planning.

  • You will be responsible for ensuring Nike’s seasonal strategies, key stories, and assortment plans are effectively executed through the sell-in process, delivering the right product to the right consumer at the right time.

  • Lead the seasonal sell-in process with partner buyers and planners, ensuring strong adoption of Nike’s Sport strategies, seasonal priorities, and assortments.

  • Partner with Nike and partner Planning and Finance teams on target setting, retail sales forecasting, Open-to-Buy (OTB), and franchise planning.

  • Represent partner needs during key GTM milestones and Sport squad discussions, ensuring alignment on brand campaigns, distribution strategies, and marketplace priorities.

  • Identify risks and opportunities across seasonal plans and proactively drive actions that improve business performance.

  • Lead seasonal hindsight reviews and Partner Connect sell-in moments within your area of responsibility.

  • Collaborate with Merchandising teams to optimize assortments and support the success of priority and pinnacle stores.

  • Drive Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes with cross-functional teams across your Sport and/or Territory scope.

  • Analyze in-season performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, profitability, and marketplace execution.

  • Manage order books, stock and sales plans, and inventory health while ensuring adherence to agreed commercial terms.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH

You will be part of the EMEA NSP Team within Nike Direct and will collaborate extensively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Externally, you will work closely with partner buyers, planners, and finance teams.

Internally, you will partner with Merchandising, Planning, Sports Marketing, Marketing, Visual Merchandising & Styling (VMS), Finance, and Supply Chain teams. Success in this role requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to simplify complex business challenges to create alignment and drive results.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience in Account Management, Sales, Retail Planning, or a related commercial function.

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Excellent analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to use data to drive business decisions and performance improvements.

  • Experience in retail, financial, and business planning.

  • Strong merchandising knowledge and product acumen.

  • Experience working within GTM processes, seasonal planning cycles, or partner account management environments is preferred.
