Core Group is looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our growing retail team at our multi-brand technology kiosk located in Menlyn Mall, Pretoria. About the Role As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences while helping customers discover the latest technology products and accessories that best suit their needs. You'll be the face of our brand, confidently demonstrating products, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in a premium retail environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences. Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right technology solutions. Demonstrate products confidently and explain features and benefits clearly. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets. Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards. Assist with stock management, merchandising, and daily operational tasks. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations. Stay up to date with the latest technology products, promotions, and services. What We're Looking For Matric (Grade 12). Minimum of 1 year retail sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics, technology, telecommunications, or premium retail. A passion for technology and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, energetic, and customer-focused approach. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Experience using POS systems (experience with iOS or similar technology is advantageous). Working Hours Approximately 138 hours per month. Retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays, according to the store roster. Location This position is based at our multi-brand technology kiosk in Menlyn Mall, Pretoria. Reliable transport or a good understanding of local public transport routes is essential.
