Key Responsibilities

  • Translate corporate documents, including reports, presentations, and marketing materials, from and into English and other required languages.
  • Conduct thorough research to ensure accurate translation of technical terminology and concepts.
  • Engage in client communication to understand specific translation needs, preferences, and cultural nuances.
  • Edit and proofread translated content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to corporate standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to gather context and gather necessary materials for translation on various projects.
  • Maintain an organized archive of completed translations and reference materials for future use.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communications through feedback and client satisfaction metrics.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Translation or a related field.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and at least one other language.
  • Proficiency in translation software and tools.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in translation or related roles.
