About the Role

Redial BPO is seeking high‑caliber outbound sales professionals.

This position is ideal for experienced call-center sales professionals who are confident in cold calling, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are motivated by targets and performance.

Key Responsibilities

*   Conduct high-volume outbound calls to US-based organizations

*   Identify and engage key decision-makers

*   Introduce and position education technology solutions

*   Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team

*   Accurately capture call outcomes and notes in the CRM

*   Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly performance targets

Minimum Requirements

*  Proven outbound sales experience in a BPO or call center environment (2 – 3 Years)

* Business development experience

* Experience working with high call volumes

* Strong ability to handle cold calling

* Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

* Target-driven, resilient, and performance-focused mindset

* Availability to work US-aligned hours if required
