Overview:

As an Outbound Call Specialist at Umbrella BPO, you will play by engaging with warm leads through outbound calls. You will be responsible for asking qualifying questions to assess their needs and interests, ensuring a smooth handoff to our sales team.

**Excellent English speaking and phone skills are required**

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Qualification:
    • Conduct outbound calls to warm leads.
    • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining their potential fit with our services.
    • Ask qualifying questions to identify potential fit.
    • Hand off qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement.
  2. Pipeline Management:
    • Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback.
    • Manage leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals.
    • Use CRM software to maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities.
  3. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the sales team and leadership to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
  4. Reporting:
    • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
    • Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Professional English fluency
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Nice to have)
