Oracle EBS Software Developer

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x/week On-site in Mandaluyong) | Mid-Shift Schedule

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Software Developer to build, customize, and maintain core enterprise applications. In this role, you will lead Oracle E-Business Suite R12 software customizations, write PL/SQL backend logic, manage Oracle Forms and Reports, and integrate database objects with web applications via REST services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oracle EBS R12 Customizations: Maintain and extend applications across Financials (AP, AR, GL, INV, Fixed Assets) and Operations/Service suites (Depot Repair, TeleService, OM, WIP, BOM).

  • PL/SQL Engineering: Write robust PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, bulk operations, and dynamic queries following standard practices.

  • Forms, Reports & Concurrent Programs: Develop Oracle Forms/Reports (6i/10g), configure Concurrent Programs/Request Sets, and debug execution errors.

  • Workflow & AME Automation: Design and optimize Oracle Workflow logic and Approvals Management Engine (AME) rules.

  • Modern Integration & ORDS: Expose EBS data to modern web platforms using Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) and API endpoints.

  • Performance Tuning & Support: Analyze execution plans, optimize SQL indexes, troubleshoot production bugs, and refine existing codebases.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Manage feature deliverables across multiple project tracks in an Agile environment using structured documentation.

Core Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related engineering discipline

  • 8–12 years of hands-on Oracle EBS R12 development and customization experience

  • Deep expertise in PL/SQL programming (packages, procedures, triggers, dynamic SQL, query tuning)

  • Hands-on background with Oracle Forms (6i/10g), Oracle Reports, and Concurrent Manager setup

  • Solid technical experience in EBS Financials (AP, AR, GL, INV) or Operations modules (Depot Repair, TeleService, OM)

  • Practical experience configuring Oracle Workflow and AME rules

  • Strong English communication skills and ability to manage concurrent development tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) or middleware integration (MuleSoft, web services)

  • Exposure to Oracle Application Framework (OAF) personalizations

  • Knowledge of standard EBS interface tables, open APIs, and data migration patterns

  • Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and Oracle ERP Cloud/Fusion concepts
