At DHL Supply Chain South Africa we’re looking for Operations Lead This is a busy, fast paced operation which offers many challenges and opportunities for the right person. This position is based at Boksburg, Gauteng. Role Outline To plan, co-ordinate, manage and report upon the work activities of the team providing effective communication, leadership, motivation, training and development. To direct, co-ordinate and plan the operation through effective scheduling of employees, planning of all functions, manage and control of employees and supervisors. To optimize all resources to ensure that the operation is managed effectively and that customer service standards are achieved and maintained. Ensure that all contractual KPI targets are achieved and maintained in accordance with the Service Level Agreement. To work in conjunction with the Managers to monitor, develop and allocate work to a group of subordinates in specific areas.
