Who we’re looking for

A driven, strategic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead creator acquisition and build a respected B2B brand presence. If you know how to combine sharp marketing with effective outreach, this is your opportunity to lead, create, and scale.

What you will do:
  • Drive outreach to attract and convert high-potential creators
  • Manage and optimise outreach team performance
  • Test and develop new acquisition channels (e.g. paid, partnerships)
  • Build our brand strategy across platforms like LinkedIn & Instagram
  • Create content ideas that position us as a thought leader
  • Optimise our digital presence for engagement and credibility
What you’ll need:
  • Proven experience in marketing, digital media or sales
  • Track record in outreach (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, email)
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills
  • Results-focused, structured, and proactive
Bonus skills:
  • Paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
  • CRM or outreach automation experience
  • Branding or email marketing experience
  • Experience with influencers or creator platforms
