What You\'ll Do..

Coach ~50 students 1:1 each month

Run monthly calls

Diagnose constraints fast (marketing/sales/delivery/systems)

Help students land their first clients and then scale to £10,000+ months

Hold them accountable (not cheerleading)

Re-frame and challenge them

Track numbers and outcomes

Contribute to the overall coaching process of the OTE
