You will be provided with lesson frameworks, materials, and full support from academic and operations teams. No prior ESL experience is required—all new tutors receive comprehensive training and free TEFL certification. Teaching Commitment Available Teaching Blocks: Peak Hours: Most student bookings occur during these hours, ensuring a high utilization rate and consistent bookings. - Minimum 25 teaching hours per week for part-time - Two rest days weekly, with at least one weekend day preferred Key Responsibilities - Deliver interactive, structured English lessons to adult learners - Teach 1-on-1 and small group sessions adapted to learner goals - Use props, visual aids, and interactive tools to enhance engagement - Provide constructive feedback to monitor and support learner progress - Track attendance and learning outcomes - Adapt teaching strategies to learners’ skill levels and cultural backgrounds - Follow lesson frameworks and maintain high teaching standards - Participate in ongoing professional development and training Earnings and Incentives - High utilization due to peak-hour demand - Potential earnings up to ₱40,000 per month - Performance-based incentives - ₱3,000 Switcher Bonus – for tutors with at least 2 recent years of experience on another online platform - HMO coverage up to ₱100,000 for eligible tutors - Fully remote setup - Ongoing coaching and support - Structured business-focused curriculum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline - Advanced spoken English proficiency - ESL or adult teaching experience preferred, but not required - Experience in corporate training, BPO, or client-facing roles is an advantage Ideal Candidates - Online ESL teachers transitioning to adult learners - Professionals with strong presentation and facilitation skills All applicants undergo structured screening and skills validation.
