Office Admin Assistant to the Director and Sales Team
We are seeking a professional, highly organized, and motivated Personal Assistant to provide direct administrative and operational support to the Director. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who is eager to gain valuable business experience in a dynamic environment, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries.
- Book hotels requests where applicable.
- Manage emails, correspondence and general communications.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and reports.
- Liaise with the outsourced accountant and attorney (Later in the career.)
- Assist with the development and administration of basic HR structures.
- Provide general administrative support and handle confidential information with discretion.
Minimum Requirements
- Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Business Administration, Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional, well-groomed, and confident.
- Reliable, trustworthy, discreet, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
