About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and reliable Nanny to provide comprehensive care for their multiple children in a private home setting in Benoni . This role requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a deep understanding of child development across different age groups. You will be responsible for the daily care, safety, education, and well-being of the children, including managing schedules, organizing activities, and ensuring a nurturing family environment. This is a demanding yet rewarding position for a dedicated professional within the Gauteng province, offering stability and the chance to become an integral part of the family.

Key Responsibilities Provide attentive and loving care for multiple children, catering to their individual needs and ages. Plan and supervise engaging age-appropriate activities, including educational games, outings, and creative play. Manage daily routines such as meals, hygiene, nap times, and school runs. Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times, maintaining a secure home environment. Coordinate children's schedules, appointments, and extracurricular activities. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns. Requirements Proven experience as a Nanny, preferably with experience caring for multiple children. Excellent knowledge of child development stages and positive discipline techniques. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. First Aid and CPR certification is mandatory.
