Multi-Media Specialist (Talent Pool)

Purpose Statement • To provide specialist and extensive multi media production services within the Marketing and Corporate Affairs Department for Capitec Bank • To ensure the services consistently communicate the required message and reflect the brand and that the most appropriate media are used. Experience Minimum: • At least 10 years in multi media, of which; • 5 years responsible for client service delivery • Filming/videography for a variety of events; AV presentations, interviews, show reels, documentaries • Multi media editing and production, end to end • Management of technical and creative service providers • Planning and management of multi media projects and events Qualifications (Minimum) • Certification in Information Technology • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred) • A relevant degree in Media or Design • A relevant post-graduate qualification in Graphic Design or Web Design Knowledge Minimum: • A broad spectrum understanding and knowledge of multi media • Media campaign design, production and delivery • Multi media channels and all stages of production • Social media channels • Visual effects and graphic design • Multi media resources and equipment Ideal: • Script writing Skills • Communications Skills • Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) • Attention to Detail • Planning, organising and coordination skills • Presentation Skills • Project Management Skills (Methodolgy Specific) • Videography and editing skills Conditions of Employment • Clear criminal and credit record • Contactable via own mobile phone
