What you’ll do

  • Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns (organic + paid support if applicable)
  • Assist in building weekly/monthly content & campaign calendars
  • Help track performance (basic reporting: reach, clicks, leads, conversions)
  • Coordinate with sales/product on launches and messaging
  • Contribute ideas that make hiring feel less “paperwork” and more “wow.” (Yes, that’s a KPI in our hearts.

What we’re looking for

  • A proactive doer who enjoys testing ideas, learning fast, and improving iteratively
  • Strong communication and collaboration across the team
  • Organized, deadline-friendly, and comfortable with simple analytics

Bonus points

  • Experience with LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, or basic paid ads concepts.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot/CRM or any marketing automation tool is too.
  • Interest in HR tech/recruitment ecosystem
