Marketing Degree or equivalent. Minimum 5 years' experience in similar role. Advanced MS Office experience. Code 8 license and own vehicle. Responsibilities but not limited to: Assist with delegated monthly reporting requirements- set monthly report compilation. Monthly assessment of campaign success through marketing channels- feedback and contingency development. Assist with interpretation and organization of market research and assessment. Assisting with planning and preparation for marketing events (Head Office, branches and dealer network). Marketing stock and inventory management -store room management and arrangement. Maintenance of marketing network databases and distribution lists. POS and stock management control (internal and external network). Management of dealer POS distribution and requests. Providing administrative support to the sales and marketing departments. Assist with packing and distribution of stock and other POS items to internal teams and network. Assist on the conceptualization of idea gen for campaign initiation based off briefs received from in house and extremal teams. Heads development of brand collateral for internal HO as well as network use and distribution. Development of all marketing communication material as well as mock-up and approval concepts prior to launch. Assist with in-house design for other departments -full and partial editing as well. Development of dealer network and branch marketing material requirements. Dealer portal material amendment and management. Assist on monthly copy-writing tasks where needed. Monitoring of all online product and brand related planforms round the clock. Co-ordinate with agency on social management and lead gen. Monthly and weekly report compilation and review. Event assistance, coverage and co-ordination thereof (travel required). Ensuring correct Cl is maintained in all output design elements and communication shared with network for use. Ensure weekly compliance reports and check in for network. Assessing dealer network material to ensure adherence to Cl guidelines with monthly and weekly review reports. Ensuring all artwork adaptability to 3rd party supplier requirements for a variety of platforms on and offline. Oversight and management of all social platforms, posts, budgets and schedules. Lead generation distribution and network management. Operation of LMS system and filtering of month end lead reports for reporting measure. Ensure Zapier links - integration to LMS system as well as instream of lead gen to main system out to network. Co-ordinate and manage monthly and ad-hoc lead gen campaign efforts. Photography and Videography - Content capturing, equipment management and editing for all in house and external collateral. Travel out of office for on-site shoots and edits for brand I product. Management and maintenance of all design programs Software required. Event capturing and content distribution in- house and external attendance. Travel to shoot site - running of content capture and site co-ordination. Coverage and shooting of all brand\/ dealer and network BTL ATL and TTL collateral requirements.
