Benefits of joining our team 4 day week 7.15am- 5.30 pm 20 days holidays  On site parking Paid lunch break Over time at x 1.5 Christmas shutdown On site Health plan after probation Death in service after probation EAP after probation The Manufacturing Assistant role: Assist in the assembly and manufacturing of components for electrical switchgear systems, specifically: Control plate assembly Trunking & DIN rail cutting Cable preparation & assembly CNC engraving machine & label printing Goods in inspection Export packing of switchgear panels Uphold our company\'s standards and deliver products of unmatched excellence. What you’ll need to join us as an Manufacturing Assistant: Previous experience in manufacturing is essential for this role. Experience with hand tools and power tools is necessary. Basic knowledge of electrical components and assembly processes is a plus, but not essential—what matters most is your enthusiasm and willingness to grow. Strong communication and coordination skills is a must. Demonstrate initiative and precision, adhering to strict quality standards. Utilise critical thinking skills to tackle challenges head-on and uncover solutions that keep us moving forward.
