Manager: Rewards & Benefits Operations – Contract (6 Months)

We are looking at an incumbent to join us as we build a successful business together.</p><p><br></p><p>As part of your portfolio as a <strong>Manager: Rewards & Benefits Operations – Contract (6 Months) </strong>you will:</p><ul><li>Support the Senior Manager: Rewards & Recognition in executing the rewards operations, benefits, recognition and global mobility priorities for the six-month assignment period.</li><li>Provide operational input into rewards policies, benefits governance, recognition programmes, mobility processes and service delivery improvements.</li><li>Support implementation of standardised rewards operations practices across Group Fintech and Opcos.</li><li>Assist with market research, benchmarking and analysis to support compensation, benefits and rewards decision-making.</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in rewards operations, benefits administration, recognition delivery and employee service experience.</li><li>Manage monthly rewards administration activities across compensation, payroll inputs, benefits and reward-related transactions.</li><li>Coordinate monthly payroll administration inputs, including MoMo payroll files, LSB payroll files and ad hoc payroll items.</li><li>Perform monthly VC invoice checks, validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy before processing or approval.</li><li>Support bonus, variable pay and ad hoc reward-related payroll inputs where required, ensuring alignment to approved mandates and timelines.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely delivery of benefits administration across Group Fintech.</li><li>Execute MTN Shine administration duties, including required updates, tracking, coordination and reporting.</li><li>Continue benefits reconciliation across Opcos to validate completeness, consistency and alignment to approved benefits frameworks.</li><li>Coordinate with benefits providers, payroll teams and OpCo HR teams to support timely enrolment, amendment and termination of employee benefits.</li><li>Identify benefits data gaps, reconciliation issues, process deviations and policy inconsistencies, and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Support standardisation of benefits administration practices across Group Fintech and Opcos.</li><li>Support end-to-end expatriate operations, including contracts, relocation coordination, payroll support, compliance tracking and employee service administration.</li><li>Coordinate payments relating to expatriate benefits, visas, relocation support and vendor services.</li><li>Liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers, including mobility, immigration, payroll and relocation partners, to ensure smooth delivery of expatriate services.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>The incumbent must have the following:</p><ul><li>Minimum 3-year tertiary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Payroll, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.</li><li>Certification or training in remuneration, rewards management, payroll administration, benefits administration, global mobility, expatriate management, project management or HR operations advantageous.</li><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR operations, rewards operations, compensation and benefits, payroll administration, benefits administration, recognition programmes, global mobility or expatriate operations.</li><li>Experience supporting payroll inputs, payroll reconciliations, benefits administration and staff cost queries.</li><li>Experience with expatriate administration, relocation, visa support, expat payroll, mobility vendors or international assignment operations advantageous.</li><li>Experience working with external vendors, payroll teams, benefits providers, Finance and OpCo HR stakeholders.</li><li>Financial / numeracy experience required.</li><li>Experience in ERP / HR systems, Oracle or equivalent HR technology preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>Ready to make and drive the change with us?
