What You'll Do As a Manager, you will work closely with client leadership teams to understand strategic priorities, shape technology transformation agendas, and deliver high-impact IT and digital strategies. You will lead consulting teams in solving complex business and technology challenges, helping clients translate ambition into measurable outcomes. You will design and deliver tailored technology solutions, enterprise architectures, and digital platforms that unlock business value and accelerate transformation. Leveraging modern technologies such as cloud computing, AI, microservices, data platforms, and containerization, you will help clients modernize their IT landscape and build scalable, future-ready capabilities. In this role, you will lead complex workstreams and take end-to-end responsibility for critical project modules, ensuring high-quality delivery, effective risk management, and alignment with client expectations. You will combine strategic thinking with deep technical understanding to develop pragmatic and innovative solutions adapted to client needs. You will work alongside senior client stakeholders and technology teams, providing guidance, coaching, and expertise across both strategy and execution topics. You will facilitate decision-making, contribute to enterprise transformation roadmaps, and support the successful delivery of large-scale technology initiatives. As a people leader, you will mentor and develop consulting team members through coaching, feedback, and knowledge sharing. You will foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment while demonstrating intellectual leadership and contributing to the growth of consulting capabilities within the team. Beyond client delivery, you will contribute to practice development, thought leadership, and business development initiatives, helping strengthen BCG’s position as a leader in technology and digital transformation consulting. You will continue to grow professionally through exposure to complex and high-impact transformation programs across industries. Our Expert Consulting Track The Expert Consulting Track (ECT) is vital to BCG’s ability to successfully meet our clients’ demand for deep expertise and advanced technical capabilities. Experts deliver next-level impact for BCG's most complex and cutting-edge client challenges. Experts focus on developing BCG's thought leadership, commercial capabilities, and intellectual property assets; and their work is essential to our delivery model. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to bring the ‘best of BCG’ to our clients, Experts come from diverse backgrounds, with expertise often gained outside of BCG in industry, academia, or specialized consulting. What You'll Bring At least 8 years of experience in IT strategy, technology consulting, software engineering, or large-scale technology transformation programs, including leadership of complex client engagements and multidisciplinary teams. Proven track record within a leading consulting firm or technology-driven environment, with experience delivering enterprise IT strategy, digital transformation, and large-scale implementation programs. Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with the ability to solve complex business and technology challenges in fast-paced and ambiguous environments. Deep expertise in at least two of the following areas: IT Modernization, Solution & Enterprise Architecture CRM, Marketing, Sales & Service Platforms Digital & Mobile Channels ERP (SAP) & Manufacturing Platforms Banking & Insurance Platforms HR & Collaboration Technologies AI/ML, RPA, Chatbots, Blockchain & IoT DevOps & Modern Engineering Practices Data Platforms, Analytics & Big Data Cybersecurity & Technology Risk Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders, shaping technology decisions, and translating business priorities into actionable transformation roadmaps. Ability to define target architectures, MVP solutions, and enterprise modernization strategies aligned with client business objectives. Strong understanding of modern technology ecosystems, Agile delivery models, cloud-native architectures, and legacy modernization approaches. Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale technology implementations, manage complex stakeholder environments, and deliver measurable client impact. Experience leading workshops, facilitating executive discussions, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership teams. Proven people leadership capabilities, including mentoring, team development, and building high-performing consulting teams. Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology strategy to operational and commercial outcomes. Industry experience in sectors such as Financial Services, Retail, Telecommunications, Energy, or Utilities is a plus. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on client impact, innovation, and business development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Engineering degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM or business discipline.
