Role Description The Manager, International Recruitment is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading and executing student recruitment strategies in key international markets. This position oversees the recruitment lifecycle, including identifying target regions, building relationships with education agents and partners, and promoting MSM Unify’s partner institutions and programs.

The manager collaborates closely with internal teams to align recruitment campaigns, deliver training to recruitment partners, and ensure accurate and timely information is shared with prospective students. Daily activities include monitoring recruitment performance, analyzing market trends, reporting on targets, and implementing initiatives to increase quality student enrollments. The role also involves maintaining high standards of communication and service to uphold MSM Unify’s commitment to transparent and ethical student recruitment.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in international recruitment and student recruiting, particularly in higher education or global mobility contexts.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to build and maintain relationships with students, institutions, and recruitment partners.
  • Hands-on recruiting expertise, including pipeline management, target setting, and performance tracking.
  • Ability to design and deliver training programs for agents, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated skills in market research, data analysis, and strategy execution for international student recruitment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field; advanced degree is an asset.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments and familiarity with key study-abroad destinations and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with CRM or student recruitment platforms and common productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, online collaboration tools).
  • Willingness to work across time zones and occasionally travel, if required, for partner meetings or events.
