Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric) Experience in a retail fresh food environment, preferably within Deli, Hot Kitchen, Cold Kitchen, or Ready-to - Eat departments. Proven experience managing margin, shrinkage and waste control, and fresh food operations. Strong knowledge of food safety legislation and merchandising principles. Strong leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and coaching. Competencies - Strong commercial awareness and results orientation. - Leadership and team management capability. - Excellent organisational and stock management skills. - Strong attention to quality and detail. - Customer-focused mindset. - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
