We are building our local search presence the right way and need one specialist to establish our SEO foundation manually.

What You Will Do — Build manual citations that we fully control — no Yext-style subscription lock-in

— Optimize our Google Business Profile, Bing Places, and Apple Business Connect

— Work through Google Search Console: sitemap, indexing, and coverage issues

— Handle technical SEO: titles, meta descriptions, broken links, canonicals, basic schema

— Build local, Florida, and insurance-related directory listings with consistent NAP

— Document every citation with its URL, login, and status in a spreadsheet

— Review orphan pages and image alt text, and do a basic competitor check

What You Are Not Allowed To Do — Buy or use bulk automated backlinks or citation blasts

— Sign us up for subscription-controlled listings that we lose if we stop paying

— Promise or chase guaranteed rankings

— Write blog content or redesign the site

— Leave any citation undocumented

What We Require — Fluent written English and clear communication

— Proven local SEO experience with manual citation building and GBP optimization

— Real working knowledge of Google Search Console and technical on-page SEO

— The discipline to document every single citation with login and URL

— A clear understanding of why manual, owned citations beat subscription ones
