Your Role as a Licensed Insurance Representative - Onsite As a Licensed Insurance Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your main responsibilities will include • Handling Customer Inquiries You will respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information to resolve issues and address concerns. • Providing Excellent Customer Service You will work with confidential customer information, treating it sensitively and with empathy, and aim to resolve issues on the first call. • Identifying and Addressing Customer Needs You will identify customers who are comparison-shopping and inquiring about contract terms, assisting them with the correct price plan and providing compassionate support for sensitive situations.
