What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our events team, you’ll:

  • Welcome, assist, and guide guests with a warm and professional approach
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with confidence and clear communication
  • Support crowd management, ticket checks, and access control
  • Help create a safe, enjoyable environment by following health, safety, and venue procedures
  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and respect at all times

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Hold a Level 2/3 Certificate in Spectator Safety
  • Are friendly, reliable, and confident when interacting with the public
  • Remain calm, professional, and respectful under pressure
  • Are a strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
  • Are flexible and available for evenings and weekends

Experience is always welcome, but a positive attitude and great people skills matter most!
