Liberty Corporate Benefits is inviting ambitious and motivated young South Africans to apply for its financial-services learnership. The programme provides structured learning and practical workplace experience within the Employee Benefits environment. Participants will work towards a nationally recognised Wealth Management NQF Level 5 qualification while developing professional and industry-specific skills.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in structured classroom and workplace learning.
  • Develop an understanding of the financial-services regulatory framework.
  • Gain practical exposure to employee-benefits administration.
  • Learn about group-risk benefits.
  • Support relevant operational and business processes.
  • Assist with resolving member and employer queries under appropriate guidance.
  • Develop customer-service and client-support capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate information and administrative records.

Requirements

  • Matric or Grade 12.
  • At least 60% in Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy.
  • At least 60% in English.
  • South African citizenship.
  • Must be between 18 and 30 years old.
  • Must currently be unemployed.
  • Must not be registered for another learnership.
  • Must not currently be studying at another educational institution.
  • Interest in Employee Benefits and the financial-services industry.
  • Availability to participate in the complete learnership programme.
