Lead IBM Maximo MAS Support Engineer (EMEA)

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled

IBM Maximo MAS Support Engineer to join our delivery team. This is a technical role focused on maintaining, configuring, and supporting Maximo environments to ensure stability, performance, and usability. You will act as a subject matter expert for Maximo functionality, integrations, and reporting, while collaborating with enterprise clients on mission‑critical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and monitor Maximo MAS environments to maximize uptime and performance.
  • Troubleshoot incidents, provide corrective actions, and document solutions.
  • Configure applications (Start Centers, workflows, MIF integrations).
  • Develop and maintain reports (BIRT, ad hoc).
  • Collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with enterprise needs.
  • Contribute to documentation, training, and knowledge sharing.
  • Support integration work with APIs and middleware platforms.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Hands‑on experience supporting IBM Maximo implementations.
  • Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).
  • Ability to configure applications and develop customizations.
  • Experience with BIRT reporting.
  • IBM certifications or badges in Maximo, watsonx, Planning Analytics, or Security highly valued.
