First Focus is looking for an experienced L3 Support/Systems Administrator to join to join our Manila team, supporting a portfolio of US-based clients. You'll work across diverse Microsoft environments, cloud platforms and enterprise infrastructure, solving meaningful technical challenges that keep every day interesting.

You'll spend most of your time tackling Level 2-3 tickets and escalations, supporting a diverse MSP customer base, improving documentation and processes, and helping our Service Desk become even better than it already is.

What you'll be doing

  • Resolve complex Level2-3 support requests and technical escalations.

  • Administer Windows Server environments and Active Directory.

  • Support VMware and Hyper-V virtual infrastructure.

  • Manage Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune environments.

  • Troubleshoot networking issues across switching, routing, VPNs and wireless.

  • Support Meraki and WatchGuard networking solutions.

  • Use ConnectWise RMM, IT Glue and Auvik to proactively support client environments.

  • Assist with documentation, standards and continual process improvement.

  • Mentor Tier 1 technicians through coaching and technical guidance.

  • Deliver excellent customer service while working across multiple managed clients.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of Systems Administration experience, ideally within an MSP.

  • Strong Windows Server administration experience.

  • Excellent VMware and/or Hyper-V knowledge.

  • Experience supporting Azure, Microsoft 365 and Intune.

  • Strong networking skills, including DNS, DHCP, VPNs and switching.

  • Experience with Meraki and WatchGuard firewalls.

  • Familiarity with ConnectWise RMM, IT Glue and Auvik.

  • Interest in AI technologies and modern automation.

  • Excellent communication skills with a genuine customer-first mindset.

  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to help teammates succeed.

  • Candidates must be amenable to working any shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM CST.
    (between 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM PH Time)
