Job Description: Video Editor (Part-Time)

Role Summary

We need a part-time video editor to support a podcast and shorts creation over the next six months. You'll turn long-form podcast episodes into short-form clips and manage the upload process across platforms.

What You'll Do

- Edit podcast episodes into short-form clips for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook

- Cut intro/outro segments and AI-generated persona videos to match provided scripts

- Handle the upload and posting process across all platforms once edits are approved

- Turn feedback into revisions on the first pass. If we ask for a specific change, we need to see that exact change reflected, not a different edit with two words swapped.

What We're Not Asking For

- No content strategy or planning. We tell you what to cut and where it's going.

- No copywriting for captions, though clean formatting on what we give you is appreciated.

Structure and Pay

- Part-time, ongoing

- Rate benchmark: Tell us your rate for roughly one podcast episode per week cut into clips, plus upload.

- Remote
