About the Role
Our client requires a dedicated and experienced IT Project Manager to oversee technology-focused projects within their Rustenburg operations. This role is critical for ensuring the successful implementation of IT strategies, infrastructure upgrades, and software development initiatives. You will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, working closely with IT teams and business units to achieve project goals. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure. Define project scope, objectives, technical requirements, and deliverable metrics. Develop and manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor contracts for IT initiatives. Coordinate with internal IT departments (e.g., Infrastructure, Software Development, Security) and external vendors. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations. Ensure all IT projects adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in IT project management . Proven experience managing software development, infrastructure, and network projects. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and software development lifecycles. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
