Our client, a well-established supplier of electrical, instrumentation, and test & measurement solutions, is seeking a Technical Internal Sales Representative to join their team. Sales training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for a technician who enjoys working with people and providing technical support.<br><br><strong>POSITION INFO:<br><br></strong>The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and the sales team, assisting with product selection, managing repairs and warranty processes, processing orders, and handling customer enquiries. The role requires a strong technical understanding of electrical tools, instrumentation, and testing equipment while building positive customer relationships. Education: Matric (Grade 12). Post-matric qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related technical field advantageous. Job Experience & Skills Required: 2 to 5 years' experience in a technical environment. Background in electrical, electronics, instrumentation, calibration, repairs, testing, or fault finding. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability. Ability to provide technical support and assist customers with product-related enquiries. Good communication and customer service skills. Experience working with electrical tools, test & measurement equipment, or instrumentation would be highly advantageous. Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office. Experience with ERP or CRM systems will be beneficial. A customer-focused approach and willingness to develop sales skills. Apply now!
