  • Matric, additional tertiary diploma or other job related certification is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of related experience & experience in the compressor or manufacturing industry is a bonus.
  • Solid understanding of Inco-terms & financial payment instrument (eg: Letter of Credit) would be highly beneficial.
  • Proficient in using SAP software and office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an industrial or technical environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and think critically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of compressors, mechanical systems, or industrial equipment would be a plus.
  • English is the main language used but ability to communicate fluently in French would be a plus.
