Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer is required
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Knowledgeable in on-site supervision, monitoring, and coordination of Plumbing
- and Fire Protection works
- Familiar with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) schedules, construction plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Able to read and interpret construction plans, shop drawings, and technical documents
Duties and Responsibilities
BIM / Plan Review
- Reviews and interprets For Construction Drawings (FCDs), approved shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
- Ensures in-house mechanical works comply with approved plans, specifications, and project requirements
- Raises Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Approval (RFA) for technical clarifications and design conflicts
Quality Management
- Ensures compliance with approved work sequences, inspection checklists, and quality standards
- Verifies completeness and accuracy of testing records, checklists, and as-built drawings
- Conducts functional testing and performance evaluation of in-house mechanical systems
- Reports and assists in resolving non-conformance reports (NCRs) and qualityrelated concerns
- Monitors implementation of corrective and preventive actions on site
Inventory and Material Management
- Assists in monitoring delivery, storage, and issuance of mechanical materials on site
- Checks delivered materials against approved material submittals and specifications
- Records daily material usage and reports shortages, damages, or discrepancies
Construction and Site Coordination
- Monitors in-house mechanical installations to ensure compliance with approved drawings and project specifications
- Conducts testing and commissioning activities prior to project turnover and acceptance
- Maintains project documentation including daily reports, RFIs, RFAs, and testing records
- Participates in coordination meetings with project teams, subcontractors, and other departments
- Inspects and validates endorsed work areas prior to installation and turnover activities
Innovation and Safety Compliance
- Recommends process improvements and value engineering initiatives related to quality, safety, and cost efficiency
- Ensures compliance with approved safety programs, site policies, and construction safety standards
