About the Role

Our client is looking for an energetic and results-oriented Hybrid Retail Store Manager to lead their team in Centurion . This role involves a blend of on-site management and remote administrative tasks, offering a dynamic work experience. You will be responsible for driving store sales, managing inventory, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess strong retail acumen, excellent leadership qualities, and the ability to effectively manage both in-person operations and remote responsibilities, fostering a positive and productive store environment that meets our client's high standards.

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations, ensuring targets for sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency are met. Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals. Manage inventory levels, conduct stock takes, and implement visual merchandising standards to maximize product appeal. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency. Prepare regular reports on store performance, sales trends, and operational activities for remote management. Collaborate with regional managers on strategic planning, promotions, and operational improvements. Requirements Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager. Strong understanding of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer service principles. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage tasks both on-site and remotely, demonstrating organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with POS systems and retail management software is essential.
